Transparency

To provide and maintain quality service in quick, proper, equal, transparent and fair manner.

Accountability

Official strictly provide their service in accordance with the laws and regulations and to focus on quality result.

Corruption Free

Official shall not engage in any kind of fraud and corrupted behavior.

Integrity Cultural

Official have a good conscience and responsibility for their duties, and devote themselves to and perform their duties with expedition, transparency, and accountability. They must also refrain from seeking personal gain from using their office, and must not commit any act that puts personal gain ahead of public interest.

Work Integrity

Personnel management process shall be based on merits and budget management shall be based on the cost – effectiveness and contribution towards greater goods of public. 

Internal communication

To communicate the laws and regulations on regular basis to ensure that officials are aware of and understands the policy.
